Dexter Beef from our Farm

Our farm is just a stone’s throw from the restaurant. It is the heart of what we do. We rear Dexter beef, known for its depth of flavour. Dexter cattle are a rare breed which originated in Ireland. They are hardy, slow growing animals that can graze all year round on natural pastures which contribute to the quality and distinctive flavour of the environmentally friendly meat.
